The pay can be good if you negotiate correctly. If you have a good supervisor or area manager, you may be shielded from much of the silliness that takes place.

The corporate culture is not one of fairness. They preach diversity but practice something else. The middle management is lousy, with incompetent people afraid that someone will expose their lack of ability.
