An Eye-Opening Experience
The pay can be good if you negotiate correctly. If you have a good supervisor or area manager, you may be shielded from much of the silliness that takes place.
Many of my former coworkers remain some of my best friends till this day.
The corporate culture is not one of fairness. They preach diversity but practice something else. The middle management is lousy, with incompetent people afraid that someone will expose their lack of ability.
It has the potential to be a wonderful place to work. Distribute work more evenly so that everyone stays busy and can be evaluated fairly. The beatings and fear-mongering will not improve morale.
