Pros

Salary can be good, but only if you negotiate a high starting rate.

Cons

Leadership doesn't actually exist here.

Management talks a good game, but employees are not an asset, and no care goes into retaining valuable talent.

Wireline runs the entire show, placing non-qualified Wireline people into Wireless jobs.

Outsourcing to India is rapidly taking place throughout the entire organization.

Advice to Management

Try to actually treat your employees as assets, show them they are valued and reward them with actual raises and promotional opportunity instead of promoting via cronyism. Stop outsourcing actual talent and replacing with the cheapest labor you can get.
