If you're into technology, there's a lot of cool new stuff going on. If you're into project and process management, there's a lot to do. Compensation overall is not bad, and benefits are good. Telecommuting and flex time are great!
Lots of cultural shifts happening, making for extra stress. Salary advances are slow in coming.
When you support your people, they will support you. Honesty, loyalty, and trust work.
