Good benefits.
I entered the workforce through the B2B sales development program at AT&T. Since then, I have been repeatedly lied to and misled. Originally, I was told I would have my pick of cities I could move to at the end of the program. That was an outright lie, and I was only given two options, both cities in Texas. Once I began my new position, I quickly realized management only wants numbers on the board and does not care if you lie or cheat to get there. You are given no real support. No prospecting assistance, no leads, and you have to manage all your own sales and installations. AT&T had no CRM when I started in 2018, but in 2019, they began implementing Salesforce. However, the platform still has yet to be integrated with other AT&T systems and is largely useless.
Met with the second line, then had a panel interview. Then I met the rest of the team. It was a long interview between the team and the boss. Normal interview questions, no tricks. Testing was needed to apply in the first place.
I met with the Sales Manager, and we discussed my prior experience within AT&T and my career goals moving forward. We also discussed the current environment in the marketplace and the various successes and challenges within their segment, as well as
Asked questions on PySpark and Azure services, focusing more on Azure questions as it is an Azure migration project from on-prem. Questions on Spark, Hive, SQL, functions, and PL/SQL queries.
