No micromanagement. Take as many breaks as you want. No one cares what you do, as long as it appears that you're doing work.
Bosses don't care about your professional development. The job was misrepresented as Jr. level; in reality, it was actually mid-level. Management will lie to you if it serves their interests. There is no interesting company culture. All the people are boring normies and rarely talk to each other. The office was pathetically under-furnished. It's an 'open office' floor plan – aka you get sneezed on by your coworkers. There's no communication from the upper levels. There are very few opportunities for career growth. Code quality across all sectors is horrible and held together with duct tape.
Actually communicate to your peons. Don't lie to them. Quit your job and do something better with your life. AT&T is a bad company that takes advantage of its customers and only exists because of its monopolistic tendencies.
An online assessment and two behavioral Skype interviews. Not too challenging or technical. Received an offer within a month or two. The hiring manager was very accommodating in regards to my other offer deadlines and starting date.
Interviewer called on a private line and never attempted to call again. Rescheduled the interview. He did the same thing, but this time I was ready and had private lines unblocked. He had a bunch of rapid-fire technical questions. He was just check
Panel interview with many questions, lots on SQL etc.
