Planning is crap. Everything is expected now. Too much emphasis on design, nothing on preparation. Only the people who are pets ever get a chance for designing something new, and they sell their souls to do it.
Slow down! Think! Not everything is about profit at first!

AT&T Interview Experiences
QA Engineer
I applied online. The process took about a week. I had a phone interview with an HR representative, and then I was brought in for two in-person interviews that lasted about two hours. I was interviewed by different QA Managers from several teams.
Software Engineer
