Pros

The Consumer Privacy Act is a mandated project that AT&T started with the California State to address customer DSAR requests. Customers have the right to submit Access, Delete, and Do Not Sell requests, and AT&T is obligated to fulfill customer requests within 45 days. AT&T expanded the Privacy Act to other regions, GDPR and LGPD, to cover the rest of the countries in the world. One Trust sends a confirmation email to the customer via EDD for all related cases. Gather required case details from the CPIM backend and provide them to One Trust for processing.

Cons

The company was great. Had to leave as the project ended.
