Pros

Totally hands-off. Plenty of time and room to teach yourself. Expectations are quite low.

Cons

It's big and corporate, so no one really cares all that much about you. The pay was subpar. It was a boring job, boring people, and a boring place.

Advice to Management

Honestly, it's a lost cause.
