Financial Software Developer Intern
It was a multiple-round process, starting with an interview at my college campus. I only got to the third stage, which was a phone interview. I failed on that round.
Software Engineer
Applied through the university website, and it was relatively straightforward. I had a phone call and then an in-person interview. Everyone was nice and friendly, and it was an overall very nice and positive experience.

Good process. Unfortunately, they offered me another position which I am still considering. The online assessment was fairly self-explanatory, and the technical interview was not too bad (LeetCode easy and code reviews).
