The main reason I love working at AT&T would have to be my team members. For the last 20 years during my time with the company, all my fellow co-workers have always been respectful of my ideas and of others' ideas. Where there are disagreements, each time, those disagreements are resolved respectfully, with each other being able to completely 'argue' their point.
Working with people of such character makes coming into work a joy, as opposed to feeling like another 9-to-5 job.
Along with my colleagues, I also enjoy being on the leading edge of technology, specifically as it applies to video delivery on a mass global scale to our over-the-top customers. Again, in the 20+ years I have worked in video delivery, I have been exposed to numerous advances in this space.
Without AT&T being one of the leads in video delivery and branching out as a primary content owner, I'd probably be stuck in a day-to-day sysadmin role, which has its own merits, but video delivery just exposes one to all layers of the OSI model.
Having such exposure makes it easier to troubleshoot and design while understanding how tuning one dial here may have downstream effects elsewhere.
My experience at AT&T has been 100% all pros.

Met with the second line, then had a panel interview. Then I met the rest of the team. It was a long interview between the team and the boss. Normal interview questions, no tricks. Testing was needed to apply in the first place.
I met with the Sales Manager, and we discussed my prior experience within AT&T and my career goals moving forward. We also discussed the current environment in the marketplace and the various successes and challenges within their segment, as well as
