Vast disparity in pay among same title positions. Career advancement opportunities can be limited at times and in certain organizations. Too many organizational restructures. This year alone, I have been reorg'd 4 times and have had 5 different supervisors. Very little feedback on performance until end-of-year reviews.
Continue providing career development and excellent benefits. Improve communication when reorganizing and do a better job explaining the "why." Improve pay parity on like levels and titles. There should not be $25k+ salary differences between employees in the same title and management level with equal years of service and performance history.
