Pros

Lots of work! Good hourly rate.

Cons

They gave me twenty-four hour notice to end my contract. I've been noticing other companies are now doing the same. Could this be a trend?

Advice to Management

You need to show more regard for the contract person you are letting go. There was a time that you would give a contractor two weeks' notice.

A contractor has no interest in burning bridges and will MOST OFTEN serve you faithfully till the end of the contract term.
