Opportunities not available to everyone, lots of pigeonholing. People who work for AT&T for over ten years end up not being able to make it anywhere else. Or they leave the industry entirely and become a Realtor.
I interviewed for the Tech Development Program (TDP internship). The process might be different for other programs, like the AT&T Labs internship. The process included: * HackerRank - LeetCode easy + few SQL questions. * 30-min Recruiter Behavi

I met with the team leader and manager. We chatted about skills and the job role. Overall, it was quick and easy. They talked about their role within the ecosystem, and we talked about how my role would fit into that ecosystem.
