Pros

Decent pay, 401K, and benefits.

Cons

This company is on a downward trajectory. It has piled on a truckload of debt, which is the root cause of its problems. It bought DirecTV and WarnerMedia, and it's making losses now. It's doing frequent layoffs to cut costs as a result. There is no specific vision in the company. It just seems to copy what the competition has already done successfully. It's falling behind T-Mobile in the wireless business, falling behind Netflix and Amazon in the streaming business, and the list goes on. It has become frustrating to work for this aimless company. Sorry, Sir Alexander Graham Bell (may your soul rest in peace).

Advice to Management

The dumb folks are not worth giving advice to.
