I'm new, but so far, life at AT&T is great. The salary and benefits package is great. The people here are wonderful. AT&T has a good culture, as I can see they care for their employees.
Due to the size of the company and the nature of its business, you are required to do some training. It was a little more than I expected.
Continue to support your staff and continue to keep them informed. I love the town halls; they are very informative.
