Pros

Make the best effort commercially possible to keep employees, including paid trainings, to keep us relevant.

Often, people (co-workers, immediate management) cultivate a culture of trust and growth.

Cons

Like any mega-company, there were business missteps that led to everyone suffering, not only decision-makers.

Like any large company, it reflects the society in that there are always "bad apples" we can encounter that damage or destroy the intended culture.
