Is not as well experienced in shipping software as a service.
The API platform is mostly an afterthought.
There seems to be too much project management overhead in some parts of the company.

The initial process is through email, followed by on-site, in-person interviews with several team members.

Focus was on career experience. I was asked how many different positions were held and what each job entailed. There was a lot of focus on interaction with other teams. Overall, the interview was not very extensive.
