AT&T has opportunities in many different areas. When things pan out, you've got a great job. Compensation and bonuses are good. Most everyone, including most of the leadership, operate with integrity and respect.
There is quite a lot of difference from one group to the next. The individual experience at AT&T hinges greatly on the middle management you land under. Efforts are made to even things out, but with limited success.
Look down to see who's "managing up." Those are the toxic elements.
