Pros

Work from home, laid-back, slow-paced development cycle.

Overall, nice people to work with, a great experience getting to know everyone across the country.

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, and low salaries are issues. You don't acquire good industry-wide skills unless you're on one of those really rare, high-visibility projects that only get assigned to HQ people in Dallas.

The culture used to be positive and laid-back. It's going downhill with all the layoffs, rumors, and a large contracting sector.

Advice to Management

Start valuing your employees, promoting them, and rewarding them, rather than treating them like it's a privilege to be there. It's really not.

There are so many better places to work.
