Pros

Great benefits, good salary, nice coworkers, and work-life balance.

Cons

The company can't seem to stick to a plan. When I started there, we were trying to pivot to becoming a media company and have now done a complete 180 and sold off all of that. The org structure also seems to change entirely at least once a year. Finally, in my opinion, the recent return-to-work initiative forcing thousands of employees to relocate to new cities with no financial assistance is completely ridiculous.

Advice to Management

Don't force thousands of people to move so they can go into an office. As a company that mainly sells phone services and internet, there should be no problem with virtual work.
