The benefits are pretty good.
The culture is not good.
Had a screening call on the phone, scheduled for an in-person interview. Had 2 hours of interview with 4 people, 30 minutes each. The interview included an intro, logical questions, complex coding, and technical software questions.
The interviewer did not know anything about the position being offered. I was basically sent in to teach the interviewer. The recruiter has no knowledge or insight into the QA tester role nor the software involved in performing the job.
The application process was straightforward. I submitted my resume through their online portal and received an acknowledgment email within a few days. About a week later, I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screen.
