Pros

Great people to work with, and some good challenges along the way.

Cons

Since AT&T purchased DirecTV, it's only been going downhill since then. Management in some areas of the company has no clue what is going on the floors, and a lot of times does not pay attention to the people who are working hard and actually care about their jobs.

Advice to Management

My advice for management is to really look and see who are the hard workers and to actually make them permanent instead of keeping them on long contracts and then bringing them back again. Eventually, the people you invested money on for training will leave the company and seek employment somewhere else. Also, for management to stop recognizing people that don't deserve it and actually give it to the people that do deserve it.
