Pay is good.
Benefits are good.
They will work you to death.
Contacted by a third-party recruiter. The interview process was handled by the company that I would be a subcontractor for if hired (HP Enterprise Services in this case).
The interview was pretty relaxed, as it was conducted by current people within the TDP program. They give you a simple coding challenge to answer, followed by OOP concept questions. You are then allowed to ask questions about the program itself.
Submitted resume via their website to the TDP AT&T program. I got past the first round to a HackerRank-style exam. I did not pass the HackerRank-style exam. It consisted of 5 questions, from LeetCode Easy to LeetCode Hard.
