There are some excellent people that work at AT&T. If you're lucky enough to find a great team, it's an excellent incentive to come into work.
Salary is far lower than the industry average if you come right out of college. Moving up in the pay scale is incredibly difficult; you'll need to jump around to get what you're worth.
Make teams and projects smaller. Don't use a process to ensure that nothing ever gets done.
