Salaries below market average. Constant threat of layoffs. Raises are ridiculously low. Promotions are few and far between. Constant budget constraints mean zero travel and limited training. Shrinking company.
Advancement opportunities are few and far between.

They have more rounds of interviews, like HackerRank and then a Teams interview with onsite and offshore. After all the interview process, they didn't give any feedback. It's a bit difficult to have multiple rounds of interviews.
