Good Pay, Job Security Worries
The compensation and benefits are great reasons to work at the company. There are plenty of opportunities for upward mobility. There are many internal learning venues.
There seems to be a plan to surplus workers during the holiday season, which makes it more difficult to find internal positions. There is usually a waiting period before employees can purchase the most recent equipment.
It would be helpful to not have force reductions during holiday periods, when many hiring managers may be on vacation. This reduces the opportunity to find internal positions.
