Decent benefits, can work from home.
The work environment is toxic. Every 4-6 months, there are layoffs. They treat senior employees like trash, catering only to the new hires.
Also, it's a very cheap workplace. You pay for coffee; nothing is provided.
Stop micromanaging, trust your employees.
