Pros

• Discounted AT&T service • Good benefits (401k match, HSA company contributions, medical/vision/dental)

Cons

• Forced, unpaid relocation occurring for existing employees. • Lack of an actual roadmap for the future — aimless sweeping decisions with negative impacts to try to appeal to shareholders who still sell anyway. • Does not offer vertical growth; many employees are complacent after their 5-10+ years. New employees do not tend to stay and go elsewhere where the work is more challenging and there's a ladder to climb.

Advice to Management

Invent a time machine and undo the impression you've made on talented tech employees, because they're never coming back and they're not recommending their peers.
