Getting paid every month is a pro.
AT&T is scamming employees right now. They are using RTO to create such a bad environment to work in that people will quit. By doing so, AT&T doesn't have to pay severance or unemployment. This is a legal gray area, and AT&T is taking advantage of it.
They are lying to employees when they say that this is to improve collaboration. They want people to quit because AT&T needs to recover losses from previous bad investments.
Many employees are sticking through it right now because they either want their pension or severance.
If not enough people quit, there will be layoffs.
Look at the average age of a person working at AT&T.
Young talent is long gone. With RTO, AT&T will die a slow and painful death.

Talked to a recruiter who was not technical. This was for the behavioral portion. The recruiter relayed what I said word for word onto a document for someone higher up to see, so she kept me repeating what I said so that a higher up could make a deci
The interview took place in multiple stages. It was separated into four different interviews plus a take-home project (might have done interview style if not for COVID). The first interview was just a "seeing if you're a good fit", which is pretty
