Pros

Benefits were good. Work from home was just beginning to become supported in my area before I left. Some of the good items versus where employees were not treated as fairly had to do with management and enforcement. Time off was fair.

Cons

There is definitely a "club" in most of management, and many that do not play the politics end up doing the lion's share of work with less "perks". This is dependent on department. Much of the "technical support talent" is being outsourced, with only skeletal and management support. Overwork and not a good life/work balance.

Advice to Management

Pay attention to your "talent" and do not "misuse" them in the wrong role.
