The money is decent, but not by Silicon Valley standards. Not by a long shot.
You will have a tough time making a go of it in the San Francisco Bay Area on their wages.
Horrible management.
They take full responsibility when things go right and blame everyone else when things go wrong.
Constant re-organizations are the norm.
Outside of retail, prospects are dim for you in California as jobs move to Texas and elsewhere.
Get rid of Randall Stephenson and cut management in half.
You have way too many people sitting around all day doing nothing but watching PowerPoint presentations and blowing smoke up each other's rear ends.
