Pros

If you want to hide and do nothing, you can.

Cons

The company is way too large and has a significant amount of "deadwood". Leadership has now started layoffs. Instead of chopping out the deadwood, they are cutting off branches that contain decent people.

The benefits aren't great. Younger employees are made to pay into health plans that provide little or no value, but are needed in case "you get hit by a truck". If you have a family, you pay very little more for extra people (spouses and kids) on the health plan. Although this may seem to be a benefit, those that do not have dependents get screwed.

Advice to Management

Cut out the deadwood. Compensate the good people well. Get rid of some of the thousands of general management employees.
