AT&T Interview Experiences
Senior Software Engineer
Phone screen followed by an on-site interview. Nothing very difficult about that. The background check company was extremely annoying, as they insisted that I remember and provide contact information for past bosses going back 15 to almost 20 years
TDP Software Engineer
Fairly long, consisted of OA -> Phone screen -> Tech Interview -> Managerial Interview -> Offer. All in all, the process took about 2 months in total. Interviewers were friendly, and it was a good experience.
Software Development Program
1. Technical assessment 2. HR Skype interview 3. 1-hour technical interview 4. On-site info/tour session The technical interview was divided into two sections: one where questions on the resume were asked, and then three actual coding questions.
