Open space work environment, no micromanaging.
No promotion, changing project often.
Phone screen followed by an on-site interview. Nothing very difficult about that. The background check company was extremely annoying, as they insisted that I remember and provide contact information for past bosses going back 15 to almost 20 years
1. Technical assessment 2. HR Skype interview 3. 1-hour technical interview 4. On-site info/tour session The technical interview was divided into two sections: one where questions on the resume were asked, and then three actual coding questions.
Two interviews, one by phone and one in person. The job was a good fit for my background, but not an area I had worked in before. There was a high overlap with my skills, however, and an understanding that the role would evolve (which it has). All
