No professional growth. Few opportunities. Low salaries (especially in IT). Long working hours (50 hours per week). Weekend work. Little training. Annual increases of 2% to 3%. No leadership exists. Bad work environment. Favoritism. Vertical hierarchy. Continuous cutbacks.
Give decent salaries to developers, especially if they are asked for English language skills when the company has staff in executive positions (Directors, Managers, Coordinators) who have a lower level of English than their subordinates and/or don't even know it. The company also asks interns for an advanced English level. Be consistent with what you ask for. That's why people who are good at what they do quit your poorly compensated jobs.
Very good. They conduct different exams for selection, including medical, knowledge, and socioeconomic exams.
I was only passed through the first interview, but the interviewee was nice and explained everything well. Unfortunately, I was notified that I did not have the required skills for the job (probably because I hadn't graduated at that point in time).
They focused me on specific subjects but asked different questions. In the main, they prepared me for a certain type of questions but asked different ones. I was prepared for the kind of questions they told me would be asked.
