Pros

Good work-life balance in the beginning, which suddenly tanks after a period of time. Some people are very friendly.

Cons

A lot of people and managers just repeat whatever their boss tells them to. A lot of "me too" thinking. This kind of culture is enforced from the top down. If you disagree, you are punished.

The company cannot keep up with the times. It is slow even for a large corporation. Management tries really hard to make things look like this is not the case, but old ways of doing things are often just hidden behind the names of new, exciting-sounding ideologies and processes.

Developers are treated as second-class citizens.

There are inadequate training programs and techniques that are treated as if they are incredible.

Advice to Management

Get rid of people that can't adapt to new things, especially in management. Actually change the way you're doing things.
