No pros to mention at all.
I regret to say that my experience with AT&T has been far from positive.
The work culture here is not conducive to professional growth or a healthy work-life balance. There is a noticeable lack of support, transparency, and respect within the organization, making it challenging to feel motivated or valued.
Additionally, the management often fails to foster open communication or set clear expectations, leading to unnecessary confusion and stress. Professionalism is severely lacking, and unfortunately, this impacts both the work environment and the team's morale.
I believe improvements in leadership and a stronger focus on creating a positive, respectful work culture could make a significant difference.
Open, honest communication is key to building trust within the team. Encourage regular feedback loops, hold open forums for employees to voice concerns, and provide clear direction to ensure alignment on goals.
Leaders should set the standard for behavior, work ethic, and respect in the workplace. When management exhibits fairness and consistency, it fosters a more professional environment for everyone.
Promote a Positive Work Environment: A healthy work culture values employees' well-being. Focus on recognizing achievements, maintaining a respectful atmosphere, and encouraging collaboration instead of competition. Ensure workloads are manageable and employees feel supported in their roles.
In-person interview, three interviewers together ask you a question. One for AI, one for coding, and one for telecommunication. They will ask questions based on your background and some behavioral questions. It will hold for about 1 hour.
Phone interview after talking to someone at a career fair. They said they would respond within one week. They never responded afterwards. I emailed them about next steps, and they still never responded. Six months later, I got an automated rejection
Interview was difficult. The hiring manager had little interest in the candidate. The atmosphere felt hostile from the start. I tried my best to answer the questions, but was just too tense to finish through.
