- Lots of mentors to give nice career advice.
- Teams can be switched easily.
- They respect their employees.
- Lots of unless and knowledge less contractors (Infosys, Accenture, etc.).
- Salary is less compared to other companies.
The Company lacks the vision. Improve the customer service.
