If you are serious about hiring top engineers as interns, your offers need to compete with top companies. No housing in Chicago is a huge downside.

Software Engineer Intern
Pretty standard technical interview process, consisting of a mix of behavioral, technical, and coding questions. It was a single round with multiple interviewers. Some questions are geared towards what is shown on the resume.

They gave me an OA, which was 3 very easy questions. Then they gave me a behavioral interview, where they asked me situational questions, then a technical interview, which I did not pass.
