Literally everything about this company.
There has been a layoff every six months for the past five years. The executive leadership doesn't know what they are doing and tries these useless initiatives. When they don't work, they lay off the entire organization.
Instead of taking a pay cut or cutting executives who made mistakes, they decided to lay off 40% of the organization.
Workplace culture is non-existent. They only care about money and don't care about any of their employees.
Burn it all down. Hire new executives because the ones you have now are useless.
