Good work-life balance and support.
Can get a bit busy at times.
I did the first round of behavioral interviews, but have yet to be scheduled for the technical interview, one month later. They asked behavioral questions such as how to resolve conflict or about your greatest technical strength.
Screened by recruiter, then phone interview with department head and direct supervisor. Questions seemed odd and inapplicable, but were based on ATT training, per the interviewer. Next stop would have been offer, but they were looking for more recent
Super easy. Basic array questions. There should be no problem with getting an offer for any college student. Recruiter asked simple behavioral questions. No salary negotiation, but the entire process was extremely friendly and nice.
