There were 4 rounds of interviews, taking about 3-4 weeks. First was the OA. Second, an HR call. Third, a Technical Interview. Fourth, Behavioral Questions. Each interview is about 30 minutes to 60 minutes long.
It was a group interview with 6-8 test managers who went around the room one by one asking me questions. They repeated this about 5x around. Questions seemed to be grouped into areas: 1. Personal background. 2. Specifics about experience. 3. Manage
Pretty easy interview. They ask you about your college work and one coding question. They also like it when you talk about what AT&T is famous for or if you know something about their services.
