You work with good people, and the benefits are great!
Since AT&T is such a big company, you will find yourself working on a project, delivering it, and then leadership deciding to move in another direction.
For work-life balance, it really depends on your team, so it’s hard to rate as a whole for AT&T. I know some people who work at AT&T who work less than 40 hours and others that work 60 hours.
Very straightforward, I was asked some basic questions. I think that they were interested if I would fit the corporate culture and in-store culture. I believe in the products and the service that they provide.
Interviewed over Skype. I was asked about my resume, in particular my past experience. Then I was asked if I had experience with mobile development. Then I was asked why I would want to work for AT&T.
Applied through a recruiter. Recruiter arranged a 30-minute phone interview with the team lead, followed by an in-person interview. The interview lasted close to 2 hours. Questions were simple and mostly talked about previous work experiences.
