A great start that gets repetitive after a few months, but has good benefits

Pros

The staff is friendly and it's more like a big family a lot of times. You're not monitored a whole lot, so you don't have to worry about someone breathing down your back. The training is a little unorganized, but their initial expectations are set low, so you can go at your own pace. It's a very good place to start off and get the feel of working for a big company.

Cons

Work can be repetitive at times. Training could be better for the interns. Some more challenging exercises should be incorporated into the intern training. Weak benefits in off days.

Advice to Management

Make work a more interesting place to be. Show your interns what the company is all about and see all the aspects of how the company serves its customers.
