Just okay, much left to be desired by an old-guard company
Generic college recruiting program for entry-level workers.
Coworkers are nice and welcoming.
A few interesting projects, since it's a large company.
Corporate leaders are completely out of touch.
As with many companies, they are focused on stock prices, etc. It is hard to get anything new done due to the nature of the company, but there are also a lot of unnecessary processes.
This isn't the AT&T Bell Labs who invented C++ anymore. Legacy innovation.
Raising stock prices isn't innovation. They have been attempting to force RTO, but everything about it has been poorly implemented and a struggle. Management wouldn't care to read advice, though. They would rather see their underlings do work at their offices.

AT&T Interview Experiences
TDP Software Engineer
There were 4 rounds of interviews, taking about 3-4 weeks. First was the OA. Second, an HR call. Third, a Technical Interview. Fourth, Behavioral Questions. Each interview is about 30 minutes to 60 minutes long.
TDP Software Engineer
First received HackerRank, then the second technical interview with previous TDP. With some LeetCode Easy and SQL. Waiting on the next interview as there are 3 steps to the interview for TDP.
