Pros

Good pay, benefits, and co-workers.

Cons

They do not value their employees and will do whatever they can to deplete you, including outsourcing you and expecting you to teach your replacement.

I'm not sure why Disney gets all the time in the press about foreign replacements for American workers when AT&T has been doing this for 15 years.

Advice to Management

Remember that if your employees aren't happy, then your customers won't be happy. And if they aren't happy, will they recommend you to others?
