Complete, utter cluster. In my 26-year career, I have never seen such poor planning, (dis)organization, and lack of proper project management.
Worked for BellSouth in the past, and it was a much better, productive environment. Since AT&T took over, they treat people like they're ants in a farm. They don't even provide coffee or filtered water in the break rooms.
Your employees are your company. Treat them as such. Just because you have a big name doesn't make you a great company. Good luck competing against Comcast, Cox Communications, Charter, etc.
