Pros: • Full-time remote work option all over the world
• Competitive salaries and stock bonus
• Latest tech
• Contributes a lot to charities and good causes
• Paid day offs, very long paternity leave, etc.
Cons: • Very aggressive hiring strategy; it feels like the quality/level of employees is going down, and too many managers are being hired instead of engineers.
• A bit too much "wokeness"?
• Original company values don’t seem to matter as much nowadays.
• Compensation scales are a black box, which goes against original company values.
• Salary is determined by where a person lives.

Too many perks to count.
Very laid-back environment.
Very open and honest company.
They make a sincere effort to keep employees happy.
Cons: It's growing very quickly. I worked there for quite some time, and the changing culture could be hard to deal with.
