The hiring process takes far too long in comparison to other companies. My hiring manager mentioned they are very particular about who they hire, and understandably so, but taking one month from an interview with a recruiter to scheduling the initial interview with a hiring manager is not acceptable. Then waiting for feedback for two weeks straight is also not acceptable. Chasing a recruiter for feedback is not acceptable. Interviewing for three months for a position is not acceptable.
It may be a great company to work for, but I will never find out. I grew exhausted and chose another job at a different company where the overall process took two weeks, instead.
You may be very particular about who you hire, but please return at least some respect. It didn't feel comfortable for me to chase my recruiter and hiring manager all the time in order to receive feedback. Eventually, I decided to stop.
You can be demanding and still hire in a timely manner. Who is going to wait for three months to get hired?
