Process
First technical interview. The interviewer had a very thick accent, which made them hard to understand. They also seemed disinterested and failed to lay out the question in a concise manner.
Second interviewer was much better: friendly, easily understood, and engaging.
After undergoing the technical interviews, I received an email with no feedback, stating, 'There were stronger candidates' and I would not be proceeding.
Overall, a very hit-or-miss interviewing process.
